Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Lantern Property Management manages apartment communities around Salt Lake City, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
