Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Nova Timber Learning Group Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
