Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Glen Civic Services supports public agencies in Salt Lake City with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
