Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Rochester, NY)

Lumen Stone Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Rochester working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
