Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Reno, NV)

Fernwood Lakeside Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
