Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Harborlight Timber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Indianapolis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
