Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Stonegate Forge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Spokane design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
