Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Lumen Stone Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Nashville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
