Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Cedar Union Arts Center is an arts centre in Chicago with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
