Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fern Transit Planning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
