Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Westbrook Pike Learning Group is an education provider in Honolulu serving students and families, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
