Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Fernwood Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Raleigh, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
