Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Rivermark Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Buffalo, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 291 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
