Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Bright Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
