Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Bluepeak Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
