Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
