Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Summit Juniper Arts Center is a cultural organisation in St. Louis presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
