Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Harborlight Vista Housing manages affordable housing communities across Spokane. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
