Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Silverline Orchard Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Wichita design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
