Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Bluepeak Birch Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Indianapolis design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
