Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
