Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Stonegate Harbor Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Little Rock design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
