Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Northwind Clear Care Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
