Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Silverline Hollow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Hartford design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
