Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Northwind Maple Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Portland, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
