Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Redstone Loom Housing manages affordable housing communities across Madison, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
