Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Westbrook Willow Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Orlando, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
