Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Rivermark Keystone Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
