Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Foxglove Harbor Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
