Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Harborlight Junction Housing Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
