Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Nova Quarry Care Services provides in-home and community support in Salt Lake City, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
