Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Bright Kestrel Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
