Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Nova Mill Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Charlotte. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
