Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Westbrook Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Portland design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
