Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Bright Lakeside Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Sacramento presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
