Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Northwind Sparrow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Colorado Springs design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
