Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Foxglove Willow Property Management looks after rental homes across the Louisville area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
