Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Lumen Fern Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around St. Louis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
