Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Harborlight Junction Housing Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
