Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Cedar Fox Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Des Moines. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
