Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Maple Community Partners Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 842 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
