Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Ironwood Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Anchorage, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
