Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Clearpath Kestrel Housing manages affordable housing communities across Richmond, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
