Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Westbrook Bridge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Jackson, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
