Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Redstone Willow Learning Group Partners is an education provider in Pittsburgh serving students and families. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
