Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Bluepeak Sparrow Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Knoxville, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
