Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Westbrook Mill Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around San Jose. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
