Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Harborlight West Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Miami presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
