Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Charlotte presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
