Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Amberfield Bridge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Wichita presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
